Scientific Program
Similar to previous years, the scientific program will be conducted on Thursday-Saturday mornings (August 2nd - 4th), from 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM. We will thoroughly discuss approximately 30 to 35 cases each day, over an approximate five hour timeframe. All cases need to be submitted (in powerpoint format) by Monday, July 2nd (one month prior to the start of the conference). Please send your case(s) to moac2012@gmail.com. If your file is large, please use a web-based service such as www.yousendit.com (this can be used for free, for files up to 100 MB). Alternatively, you can submit your case(s) to me on a CD, and send it to the following address, though I would prefer electronic submission. Please note that you will not be allowed to present your case(s) at the conference, unless they are submitted in advance.

Similar to past years, all cases will be placed on CD-ROMs, and each attendee will receive a copy of all of the cases. The CD-ROMs will be distributed at the conclusion of the meeting, as in that fashion, all cases can be presented as unknowns.
